Before we begin cleaning your vehicle, please inform us of any existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint damage, peeling lacquer, rust, cracked or loose trim, damaged plastics, worn upholstery, loose fittings, or any other pre-existing defects.

Please note that vehicles with damaged, weakened, worn, deteriorated, or poorly repaired components may experience further deterioration during the normal cleaning process. This includes paintwork, lacquer, trim, plastics, upholstery, carpets, rubber seals, badges, and other interior or exterior components.

Express Clean accepts no responsibility for any damage, deterioration, discolouration, loosening, peeling, cracking, or failure of parts resulting from pre-existing defects, wear and tear, age, corrosion, previous repairs, or poor condition of the vehicle.

To avoid misunderstandings, Express Clean is not liable for any damage that existed before the vehicle was presented for cleaning.

All vehicles are left, parked, and cleaned entirely at the owner’s risk. Express Clean accepts no responsibility for scratches, dents, theft, loss, vandalism, or damage caused by third parties, weather conditions, or pre-existing defects.
